Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern reservations at Your Restaurant. By completing a booking and paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Deposits

A deposit of £5 per person is required to confirm a reservation. The total deposit is calculated as £5 × number of guests (e.g., 4 guests = £20).

The deposit secures your table and may be deducted from your final bill (where applicable).

2. Acceptance or Decline

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline a booking.
  • If we decline your booking, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

3. Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please notify us. We may hold your table for 1015 minutes (maximum) after your reservation time, subject to availability.

4. No-Show / Unattended

If you fail to attend without prior notice, arrive significantly late without notice, or the booking is marked by us as unattended/no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. Cancellations (48 hours)

  • You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the reservation time for a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation time are considered late cancellations and the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Refund requests submitted after the reservation date/time may be declined.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method.
  • Funds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
